Following the initial strategic engagement between the Network for Health Equity and Development (NHED) and Caring Lot International Initiative, a follow-up meeting is proposed to further advance the joint proposal to ASR Africa titled: “Community-Based Alzheimer’s Awareness, Early Detection, and Elderly Welfare Inclusion Program Across Nigeria.”
The follow-up meeting will focus on:
Harmonising roles and responsibilities between both organizations
Finalizing the project framework for submission to ASR Africa
Strengthening implementation strategies for nationwide impact
This collaboration remains targeted at improving public awareness of Alzheimer’s disease, promoting early detection, and strengthening support systems for the well-being of older persons across Nigeria.
