NHED-ANRiN Consortium went on a two-day orientation retreat for all its partners and team members. This retreat was aimed at familiarizing every member of the consortium – understanding the roles of each partner; in order to harmonize the implementation strategy for service delivery.

DAY 1

Management of NHED kicked off the Day’s activities with opening remarks by the Country Director, Technical Lead and the National Programme Manager of the NHED-ANRiN consortium; followed by introductory remarks from lead representatives of all partners in the consortium – Crown Agents Nigeria Limited, Civil Society – Scaling Up Nutrition in Nigeria (CS-SUNN) and Sterling Bank. The consortium dynamics and NHED-ANRiN service delivery strategy was introduced and discussions led to a clear & harmonized understanding of the objectives of the project.

DAY 2

The consortium partners/members in the states presented their strategy and progress report on project implementation, community mobilization, and service delivery so far.

More Fun Activities…

This retreat collectively galvanized the strategic implementation plans of each consortium partner under ‘one roof’ for effective service delivery. The orientation retreat came to a conclusion with a dinner/buffet, where all invited guests and participants were treated to sumptuous meals of their preference.
